These results have now been cleared by the controller and the 9 people who took over 2 mins at one of the crossings have been penalised accordingly.

The splits for each road crossing currently show 0:00 if you view them in winsplits. Within the EMIT software they are removed completely as it is designed not to show incorrect punches or times of zero.

Apologies for the delay at download, which we have now ascertained was caused by the incorrect setting up of the event file on the network. With the file being passed back and forth between the entries rep and ourselves a bad link to the database was created. At least we now know the cause and can prevent it ocurring again. We did manage to correct it on the day by resetting everything, that's why the queue suddenly evaporated.

There were over 300 EODs, which all had to be entered in. You may have noticed we tried to run 2 lines, one for EOD and another for pre-entered. We had 4 computers doing entries at one stage and when there were no pre-entries waiting we were able to have more than one machine doing EOD. the morale of this tale is make sure you pre-enter, then there will be less time to wait.
