Just back from the event and rushing to get results up before the big match. A
most enjoyable day, lovely weather, nice assembly area for sunbathing and some
challenging courses. Pity the vegetation has shot up recently and a couple of
controls suffered as a result. For those unaware this event was scheduled for
Micheldever but due to access problems had to be moved. The land is privately
owned, but managed by the Forestry Commission, apparently the landowner would
not allow usage, which is a worrying trend in SCOA recently and seems to be driven
by the worry over insurance.
